Welcome to Ladies Night Out On The Town.
How this works:
As events post, everyone will be able to "bid" by sending an email to Ladies.nightout@ymail.com
Based on the size of the location, I will put
together a mix of vendors.
An email response, as to where I can place you
once you submit your choice of desired dates.
I have a large collection of vendors, and always accepting new.
I try to rotate everyone and give a mix of vendors.
Some sights are smaller/larger than others, and there is a limit to the number I can fit at a site.
I limit multiple types to give a variety to the shoppers
Each vendor should do a coupon, at their table to collect info:

For every $10.00 purchase a customer makes, they will receive from the
show proctor a raffle ticket,
Then after dinner, we draw from each table a door prize.
Guest may also purchase extra tickets for the prizes. This monies go to
a local charity of the month. notice on the web site pages.
Vendors will choose a small gift from their line. This creates
excitement, and keeps guest coming back and bringing more guests.
The result: you will goes home w/ new
contacts to add to your email and
mailing lists... not bad for a show running $30-40.00 Dependent on the cost of
dinner.
A table is provided (size is dependent upon location ) most are 6’ and you may
also bring a "coat rack" to hand clothing items/hand bags on (available
at most discount stores and currently hand painted at Christmas tree shops, they are light weight and very portable).
I
strongly suggest you bring your table covering, as you know what looks best
with your display.
I ask the display to be in good taste as the ages are
from young to old and do not want to embarrass the mom who may bring a teen, or
their mom.
Can have items available behind the scene and offered discretely.
So, let me know as filling fast.
Ladies, remember spaces are 6'foot table at some sites and many
are smaller.
Please condense your display.
Remember less is more ... you do not need to
bring everything.. Save something new
for next show... keeps it fresh and make life easier to pack

I understand emergencies do occur, but it is your name as well as the Restaurant who is promoting the event as well. Always have a back up plan from a partner in the business to a family member or friend who knows enough to pinch hit.
Recently at a 3 vendor event 2 canceled at last minute the restaurant was not happy and I was not either. Bad publicity and the guest are not going to be happy, impressed and disappointment travels faster the an excited guest.
